Ants in the room and ongoing problems with maintenance marred our stay. While the pool was closed and the facility showed signs of age, cleanliness levels were questionable. Staff responses didn't alleviate concerns, making this location's value fall short of expectations.

The internet connectivity was spotty!!! A thorough improvement is needed on housekeeping services!!! Enhancements for the bathroom cleanliness are absolutely essential!!! Better maintenance of hotel facilities could make a huge difference!!!

The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast area looked appealing, even if the options were limited. I appreciated the cozy Double Room with Two Double Beds, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Additionally, I noticed that guests really enjoyed the pool area, making it a focal point for their family fun, which is something I look forward to experiencing on my next visit.

We had the best time at the hotel! Our family, including 2 adults and 2 kids, enjoyed the clean pool and variety of breakfast options. We especially loved making our own waffles. It was super convenient for us to relax while the kids swam.

My kids wished for a bigger playground area for outdoor fun.

Everything was amazing, our room was clean and updated. The pool was warm, and breakfast had plenty of options, perfect for our kids!

The King Room was comfortable with a clean and inviting atmosphere. Breakfast options were abundant, particularly the fresh croissants, and lasted until 10 AM, perfect for a leisurely start. The pool remained open until 11 PM, allowing for late-night relaxation. However, some hair was found on the bathroom floor, which detracted slightly from the overall cleanliness.

The fried fish from China Wok was an epic culinary find! Check-in was smooth, and the breakfast was delightful—plenty of options to fuel up for adventures ahead.

But yikes, they didn't mention the pool was closed until check-in! Plus, the front desk staff could work on their friendliness. Definitely could’ve been smoother.
